We deliver to Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver and New Westminster — for both purchases and rentals. Wheelchairs, walkers, knee scooters, mobility scooters, hospital beds and mattresses can be delivered to your door.

Delivery is charged by postal code and calculated at checkout. The fee covers one trip and does not include setup. For rentals, the fee applies twice — once for drop-off and once for pick-up. For hospital beds and mattresses, select Delivery + Setup, which includes assembly and a demonstration.

Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours only. Orders need one business day to prepare, and we'll contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order, and photo ID is required. The first 10 minutes of waiting are free; after that, waiting is charged at $20 per 15 minutes.

Where We Deliver

Our store is in Yaletown, and we deliver throughout Vancouver, including downtown, the West End and East Vancouver. We also serve Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.

If you are outside these areas, contact us — we can often suggest an option for smaller items.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

We'll contact you to confirm a time before we come. On the day, our specialist brings the equipment to your door, checks that everything is complete and in working order, and answers any questions.

Please tell us in advance if there are stairs, no elevator, or restricted building access, so we can bring the right equipment and allow enough time.

Setup and Demonstration

Hospital beds and mattresses are delivered with setup included when you select Delivery + Setup at checkout. Our specialist assembles the bed in the room where it will be used, checks that it operates correctly, and shows you how to adjust it safely.

For wheelchairs, walkers and mobility scooters, we adjust the fit in store before delivery wherever possible. If an adjustment is needed afterwards, bring the item in or call us and we'll help.

Rental Deliveries

Rentals are delivered and collected. The delivery fee applies to each trip, so a rental with both delivery and pick-up is charged twice. When your rental period ends, contact us to arrange collection.
