Rental Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for Rental
Rentals are available to individuals aged 18 and above. A valid government-issued photo ID and a signed rental agreement are required at the time of rental.
Rental Period
Equipment rentals are available on a weekly, or monthly basis. The rental period begins the day the equipment is picked up or delivered.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for certain equipment. The deposit will be returned after the equipment is returned in good condition.
Equipment Condition
All equipment is inspected, cleaned, and fully functional before rental. Customers are responsible for the care and proper use of the rented equipment.
Damage or Loss
Customers are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear or loss of the rented equipment. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
Returns
Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon date. Late returns may incur additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Delivery and Pickup Services
We now offer local delivery — including for rentals — in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, New Westminster and West Vancouver. Wheelchairs, walkers, knee scooters, mobility scooters, hospital beds and mattresses can be delivered to your door, with setup available for larger equipment.
Delivery is charged by postal code and calculated at checkout. The fee covers one trip and does not include setup. For rentals, the fee applies twice — once for drop-off and once for pick-up. For hospital beds and mattresses, select Delivery + Setup, which includes assembly and a demonstration.
Deliveries are made on weekdays during business hours only. Orders need one business day to prepare, and we'll contact you to arrange a delivery time.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order, and photo ID is required. The first 10 minutes of waiting are free; after that, waiting is charged at $20 per 15 minutes.

Payment
All rental fees, including deposits, must be paid in full at the time of rental. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards.
